The Hunger Games and Reality TV

At age twelve I found myself on this cool website for older kids that was once called Twitter and immediately joined a community built around discussing The Hunger Games. Having joined in far too young on the Twilight and then Justin Bieber craze, I was always a fangirl at heart. At age fifteen, I found myself disappearing into my aesthetic turned fandom blog over on Tumblr and eventually was introduced to the internet’s favorite competitive reality tv show, Big Brother. Now, as I am in mid-twenties, I find myself constantly looking for the intersections between the Hunger Games and my favorite Reality Television Shows. Join me while I break it all down for you and hopefully make my favorite author, Suzanne Collins, proud.
